Abstract:

In this study, we examined how dynamic capabilities affect the performance and adaptability of 86 organizations in the face of technological changes. Capabilities such as opportunity sensing, seizing, organizational transformation, and resource reconfiguration were evaluated. In the data analysis, two performance clusters were identified: one with medium-low performance and another with high performance. High-performance organizations demonstrated more effective management of dynamic capabilities, quickly adopting new technologies and effectively reconfiguring their resources. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that company size significantly influences performance, with larger companies managing technological changes better. These results demonstrate the importance of dynamic capabilities in improving organizational performance and adaptability. They suggested we develop specific strategies based on their size to optimize technology management in different industrial contexts.
