Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is redefining the dynamics of modern workplaces across multiple industries, transforming tasks, roles, and required competencies. While global reports highlight both the opportunities and challenges brought by AI, the contextualization of its impact in emerging economies like Mexico remains limited. This study addresses this gap by analyzing how professionals perceive the influence of AI on labor performance, job security, and readiness in various industrial contexts. As the adoption of AI accelerates across sectors, it becomes crucial to understand not only the technological aspects but also the human perceptions associated with this transformation. This paper focuses on employee experiences and attitudes toward AI implementation, offering insights that can guide corporate strategy and public policy across a range of industries.
