The study of entrepreneurship is important to create strategies to motivate value creation and income acquisition based on business development of industry 4.0 firms. In this document we study the perception of happiness in Spanish industry 4.0 technology related entrepreneurs in relation to income acquisition, we seek to find the relationship that occurs between these variables. Currently, there are a limited number of studies that address the relationship between these two variables and in general expectations it is determine that the relationship is natural. Given this previous reality and with the intention of reinventing scientific knowledge in the relationship of happiness and income acquisition, this work presents an analysis of these variables in Spanish industry 4.0 technology related entrepreneurs. A study to discover relationships was carried out using primary data from the barometer of the Center for Sociological Research (CSR). From this data, a quantitative analysis was completed with results showing that the average rate of happiness is greater as incomes increases until a limit (1800€=3.35 increases to 3000€=10.75) and then is reduces again (4500€=6.13). Observations also revealed there’s a lack of progression of the monetary income and perception of happiness relationship and there’s a need to develop strategies that increase the subjective well-being guided in the principles of common good, happiness management, job satisfaction and social relations, among other things and there’s need to confirm this results in other sectors.
